Cancellation steps can differ, depending on where you subscribed (directly through us or Apple App Store).
Please review below to see the steps that apply to you:
If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:
- Open the Settings app
- Scroll down to "iTunes and App Store"
- Tap Your AppleID Email
- Select "View AppleID" (You may be asked to log in)
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the Pod Decks subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle
If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
.
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Click on your profile picture or icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Select Payments & subscriptions
- Select Subscriptions .
- Select Pod Decks from the list
- Tap the Cancel subscription button at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions.
If you purchased your subscription from our website (no longer supported):
